Welcome to the Minority Youth Leadership Alliance! Our goal is to give education and leadership opportunities to students from backgrounds underrepresented in higher education. Minority/low-income students often don't have the same access to such opportunities, and are often not encouraged to pursue them. We aim to change this by guiding our students through school and helping set them up for success, based on our experiences. Currently, we provide tutoring, mentoring, oratory coaching, and various other advising services to students in 4th through 8th grade.

MISSION STATEMENT
As minority students, we realize that it is crucial for the upcoming generation to combat systemic adversity. One of the many ways we can fight against injustice is through education. By giving our youth the tools and empowerment to overcome systemic challenges is just one of the many possible ways to give back to underrepresented community members. As a collective of young, minority leaders, we aim to be a model for underrepresented children and give them a platform to develop their talents and achieve success.
